This week we interview Scott Aleali, who is a Managing Director and leads the Private Equity Finance team in New York at First Republic Bank. His expertise includes commercial and private banking liquidity solutions for private equity management companies and their funds, investment vehicles, portfolio companies, GP/Co-Investment entities, and individual partners and principals. Prior to joining First Republic, Scott was a Managing Director at Silicon Valley Bank, where he spent 10 years banking and structuring credit solutions for private equity and venture capital firms and their portfolio companies. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate and law from California State University, Long Beach.
